Go Outside the Box

"Family Friendly"

Uncategorized Mar 20, 2020

It's been 24 hours since the Superbowl and I've had it with the negativity about the Superbowl halftime show: they were too sexy...danced like strippers...all during what's supposed to be a "family friendly" event.

WHAT!?!!?

[First, this is a football game where adulterers, domestic violence perpetrators, sexual assaulters and rapists are not penalized (but kneelers are...shake my head). But that's another soapbox tirade for another day.]

I ask...were there 2 shows? Because I truly...

The Game of Upleveling Your Business

business business goals Sep 28, 2019

I took this picture at the very end of the Kajabi Impact Summit in April.

Exhausted from 3 long days of content, inspiration, aha moments and dancing to 90s rap music, I was soaking up the last few moments of sun as I waited for my ride to the airport for a red-eye flight back home.

I just took a look in my Promotions folder and right now I have messages from AAA, Groupon, Hulu and Domino's (don't judge). I get at least 100 messages dumped into that folder each day. And how many do I open? Less than 10%.

But here's the...

It's Essential to Plan in Your Business

planning Apr 28, 2019

I’m not going to lie, I used to hate planning. Especially in my personal life. Even today, if you ask me if I want to do something next month, I go into this weird state of panic. Maybe I have commitment issues…maybe I don’t like giving up control…maybe I stress about making plans that may impact others. Who knows.

BUT I LOVE planning in business with my clients. Sitting down and outlining what we will be doing together in the next quarter – what programs...
